Are there additional costs?
Only if we agree additional work. It’s sometimes the case that after an initial scoping more work is added to the brief. Or sometimes we get more success than originally thought, and again the client is interested in increasing the scope of the work.
But otherwise, whatever we agree up front will be the price you pay. I dont add in expenses, overruns, added fees or anything else.
All options come with telephone / video call and email support. This ranks from time limited (such as once a week or one month) to unlimited in the bigger transformational projects we undertake.
We would never leave a client hanging. If you need help, we’ll provide it.
What about Refunds?
There are no refunds provided. However, on GUARANTEED programmes there are penalties for not adhering to the agreed plan. We talk extensively about this before we set a guaranteed programme in place. So this will never be a surprise to you.
Can I change Plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. There is a 30 day notice period required either side of the agreement for longer term deals, but generally you are never held to a contract you dont want to be part of.
